My perineal issue with the breakdown (medical establishment) of disorders is that they are all related to insulin sensitivity. Every one shown is reversible with dietary intervention (low carb, low seed oil) and proper sleep. There are always a few exceptions, however we are well within the 80/20 rule range (probably much greater).
The term pre-diabetes is particularly disturbing. It strikes me as establishment gas lighting. There is no such thing. It is "Diabetes In Situ."

I posted earlier, Im a big believer in Keto for the reasons you describe. I am trying it myself, but I have IBS so it is really hard to find anything I can eat on keto, as it also has to be low fodmap (most seed oils are out for me and dairy)
