Keep it up. the outdoor and and the Vitamin D from the sun can only do you good.

You sounded like you needed to de-stress.
Yep, I got a good amount of sun while I was there. But then it came out in force, got real hot quick, so I had to leave. I didn’t bring any water, food or my hat as it was a bit of an impulse unplanned excursion.
I think de-stress is a good way to describe it. When I got home, I felt stronger in spirit, and I used that to propel me over to the store for some supply replenishing. About to go into Walmart and see what they got.
