Putting this out there...I dont know what to think
Corona Virus has 3 Strains
Our flu season was bad because the original Bat Flu was in California last August, 27,000 deaths and no one noticed?
China and New York are the second strand
Italy is the third strand.
Testing in Chicago showing 30-50% already have the anti bodies, California expecting a higher percentage.
Are we immune if we caught it once and have the antibidies?

RIP. I dont know but these first responder, healthcare worker and public servant deaths really tear me up... they know they are at risk and they walk into these circumstances day after day. When I listen to the scanner, I pray for each person going to each call (and the caller too)

“Are we immune if we caught it once and have the antibidies?”
Didn’t seem to work out too well for Wuhan if the claim that a strain (A) was roaming freely as far back as last summer.
If a significant mutation occurs in the part of the virus the immune system identifies, the new virus will not be recognized. If it is in some peripheral part of the virus the immune system doesn’t look at, immunity should transfer. Then there is a spectrum of partial immunity where maybe the virus just changes a little and the immune system still recognizes it somewhat.
I don’t believe it was circulating in Calif as early as Sep. because the charts don’t reflect that. (Not to mention in most places in Sep it was still upwards of 100-105F, dry as a bone, and fires and earthquakes happening that grouped people).
But I do believe that as soon as disease was seen in Wuhan, that some citizens - dual or otherwise returned before travel restrictions were put in Jan 23-Feb 4, especially in the few days prior to the Feb 4 last call. It’s likely that our community spread is from those 16K self-quarantining travelers who came back and were lax about self-quarantine. Same as happened to Australia. The first death in the US from CCP Virus being March 1, and Calif’s being March 4, given 3-weeks-to-death, we’d have likely seen many more deaths or at least many more ICU intubations well before March if CCPVirus was widespread prior to Jan or even at the beginning of Jan.
Here are the flu charts for Calif - pretty steady and on the low side until we hit January. There was even early talk of it being a mild flu season until the year turned.
