It's sort of like a small group of detectives getting all of the evidence against a major drug cartel. How can they proceed to make any arrests when most of their department secretly works for the cartel?
Barr is starting to speak out in frustration, but I think the Administration's ability to do anything about it in the absence of a supportive Congress is minimal.
