Lionel Messi has taken to social media once again to voice his frustration at fake news regarding reports he would be joining Inter Milan and had paid Ronaldinhos bail money.
The Barcelona captain took to Instagram to hit back at Argentine media outlet TNT Sports and made his feelings pretty clear.
He wrote Lie No.1 over a report he would be heading to the San Siro and Lie No. 2 over a claim he had bailed Ronaldinho out of prison.
He also added: What they said in this same newspaper about Newells [Old Boys] a few weeks ago was also false, he wrote. Thank goodness that nobody believes them anymore.

P.S. I thought it would be nice to have a non-Covid story..

Why is Ronaldinho in jail?
In July 2019, 57 properties belonging to Ronaldinho along with his Brazilian and Spanish passports were confiscated because of unpaid taxes and fines. In March 2020 he was questioned by police in Paraguay after he was alleged to have used a fake passport to enter the country, with Ronaldinho and his brother both being held in custody in the country. While in prison, he competed in a prison futsal tournament, where his team was victorious. They won 112 in the finals, with Ronaldinho scoring 5 goals and assisting the other 6.
Going to be hard to replace Messi and Ronaldo when they finish playing.
I predict Ronaldo will finish his career in the MLS, probably with Miami.
Passer with his feet....
Used a fake passport to go to a charity event in Paraguay.
Cristiano Ronaldo is better than Messi.
Ronaldinho is the best dribbler and passer, ever.
Maradona good, Pele better, GEORGE BEST!
George Best was one of the greatest talents, but his personal life was one of the worst.
It’s a darned shame, too. When he was on, nobody could touch him.
He actually could have played for England, if he wanted to, but chose to play for Northern Ireland. England may have won another World Cup with him.
I got to see him play with the Fort Lauderdale Strikers.

I could not disagree more. Messi has every tool. Most important as I mentioned in my other post is his underrated passing. One of the best in the game. He makes everyone else on the field better and soccer is a consummate team sport.
I saw a replay of Portugal vs. Uruguay from the 2018 WC the other night. Without fantastic midfielders like he had on real Madrid, you didn't even notice Ronaldo on the field. He's nowhere near the class of a Leo Messi IMHO.
What has Argentina done with Messi?
Meanwhile Ronaldo led Portugal to a European Title.
Both are great players to be sure, but I lean towards Ronaldo.
I knew nothing about soccer until I started mentoring a 2 year old boy 16 years ago. I tossed him a playground ball at a playground one day. He put it on the ground and started dibbling it like nothing I had seen before. At 5 he started shining at soccer and never looked back. It looks like he may get robbed of graduation from high school because of this evil virus . But he did finish his senior soccer year as first team all state in New Hampshire. For my money the best player in the state. And one thing he told me when he was just 7 stayed with me until now. He said, “I don’t understand why everyone just kicks the ball”. He was always looking to do something constructive with the ball. His passing is magic.
So that’s why I like Messi so much because while his speed and dribbling are exceptional, his passing is extraordinary. While IMO Ronaldo needs to be set up around the net for his skills to shine.
If you made it thru that thanks. I think I just wanted to brag about a young man I love very much and haven’t been able to see for awhile now again because of the absurd situation we are in. Every weekend this Spring I should have been watching him play on one of the best club teams in New England preparing for college. Instead I’m stuck inside rambling on my keyboard.
