I anticipate a bear market in education real estate in coming years. Regular office buildings are going to see a major decline in occupancy as well.
I also foresee a bull market in residential real estate -- especially outside of the big cities -- and a bull market in private automobiles. Public transportation has lost a lot of its appeal.

I learned of the extreme poverty of the rural regions. The stories were amazing from the one guy, a communist believer and [mao] book carrier.
Regarding ‘cancelling out’...
I see the anti-China drumbeat. Wuhan virus, previous trade deals (set up and signed by our betters to gut our country), fentanyl, payoffs to politicians... And yes, it could be they are, China, as a people, set to takeover, make war by any and all means.
I also know about the Gulf of Tonkin. And Archduke Ferdinand. And other things labelled as conspiracies, that we are not to discuss on the thread. I know the deep state clamors for war, and feeds us reasons to make it seem appropriate.
I am wary of the obvious ‘gut’ response. I do not want to be played, again.
I like reading too so I don’t have to go through the titles, introduction, commercials, tellem what youre going to say, say it, tell them what you said, etc., but I did watch all of out of shadows and I thought it was quite good as well. Couple things that jumped out:
1) Huanan wet market wasn’t a chaos filled disgustomundo mess, it is a normal looking seafood market.
2) The do NOT sell BATS there.
3) Unexplained respiratory disease had been around for a month or two before the breakout at the market.
4) it was cold there when this started, this is not south China, it is thoroughly temperate central China.

Gist of the theory is that whatever contagion has shut down the US might not be a coronavirus, which is why treating it has been a struggle. Because it is being treated as if it is, when it is not.
Perhaps a pathogen instead of a coronavirus.

That is a very interesting point! Typically viruses do not respond to antibiotics. Hydrochloriqin, as I understand it, opens the cell to receive the zinc, which a very powerful healing agent. Nurses are taught to counsel patients that it takes three things to heal:
Adequate protein
Vitamin C
Zinc
I’m guessing that from the reports which I have heard, there is some kind of storm in the immune system during a later phase of the infection. Perhaps the virus makes the body susceptible to bacterial invasion during that inflammatory phase? Just guessing. But it does truly make sense to at least wonder if the Covid is not being a virus because, as I said, typically viruses do not react to antibacterial/antibiotics.

The hydroxychloroquine and the zinc goes after the virus, while the azithromax goes after any secondary bacterial infection.
That theory said that the wuhanvirus caused a blood problem.
My question back to that theory was, if it’s not a virus, then why do the antivirals hydroxychloroquine & zinc kick it out? (The azithromax is the other punch to any bacteria)
