Passover is determined by a completely different formula than Easter, if for no other reason than the Jewish calendar is a lunar calendar and the Gregorian calendar is a solar calendar.

The Catholic Church celebrates Easter on a Sunday that is tied to the vernal equinox; the date is not fixed. Passover IS celebrated on a fixed date on the lunar calendar; however, that date appears in different places on the Gregorian calendar.
