My husband has never told anyone they couldn’t wear masks. So is it the business or the government’s responsibility to protect you? If it is, sorry bud, that is not very conservative. But yes, let’s let the courts (more government) figure it out, lol
In my prior life I worked in a business that was very proud of their reputation—and the way they treated their employees.
Not once did they attempt to use what other companies did, or what other people (authority figures) thought as an excuse to get in the way of standing up for their employees.
So—perhaps my standard is unreasonably high—I guess that is why I would be interested in what a judge has to say—as to what a reasonable standard is....
