Did you hear Birx yesterday saying that people that die “with” cv even if many other things going on (heart, elderly, whatever) are designated as dying “of” cv?

Or that small video on my twitter stroll thread, a woman ranting that she was DX with CV even though no test was done, and she had demanded one, and was refused?

Yes, and it reeks of artificially inflating the numbers. The initial model estimate was so far off as to be deemed pure propaganda in my opinion. They are now trying to classify everything as COVID-19 in order to lessen the narrative that their virus scare was a scam.

Yes, the virus is real, yes, it's bad. But I don't think it was nearly bad enough to shut down the world's economy. And the people that created this model need to be drawn and quartered, their pieces spread to all corners of the world (yes, I know it's round).

That’s not as sinister as it might sound, because of the “but-for” legal standard. As my lawyer buddy who once served as a coroner pointed out, a death certificate is a legal document:

Factual (”but for”) Causation:
An act or circumstance that causes an event, where the event would not have happened had the act or circumstance not occurred.

An obvious example would be a person who has terminal cancer that is killed in a car accident. “But-for” the accident, the person would still be alive, thus it is the cause of death. The same is true for a person with diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, etc who dies after being hospitalized for covid-19. Under the “but-for” standard they did die “from” coronavirus and “with” the co-morbidity factor or disease.

I guess it’s more debatable if a person is so frail that almost any illness would have resulted in death, but that doesn’t apply to most of the covid-19 deaths that I’ve read about. Many seem to be active people who were out in society, traveling, taking cruises, etc despite having health problems, but who just couldn’t defeat the disease once it hit.
