There was an earlier thread (over a week ago?) asking if anyone knew of anyone who had Coronavirus/COVID-19/China Flu.

Lots of replies on that thread.

Would be interesting to see the follow up.

I know of three. Only one lives here in SoCal, but she’s also the one who is sick enough to be hospitalized so there’s that.

Our peak exposure risk in SoCal is now through the next two weeks when most carriers here are asymptomatic.

Peak illness is expected to hit here at the end of April.

Mightn't there be a problem, like Survivor Bias, involved here?

Like chairing a meeting and beginning it by taking roll-call. "Anyone who is absent, please raise your hand!"
