It is for me. I believe the Fulbright Program is tainted by the politics of its founder, Senator J. William Fulbright.

He was an europhile one-worlder opposed to the Korean War, the HUAC hearings, McCarthyism, and the Vietnam War.

He claimed to be "anti-Soviet, but no anti-communist", and advocated containment of communist expansionism rather than rolling it back.
