I read a comment on another forum (about 10 days ago) suggesting if someone had Cystic Fibrosis, for example, and died after seasonal flu virus complications, the cause of death is normally been listed as “CF” – not the flu. But the cause is potentially being reversed for CoVid cases – now CoVid virus is potentially listed as primary cause of death - not the deceased’s serious underlying medical condition. If this happens, it means we can’t compare apples to apples (i.e. viruses to viruses). Not a fluBro - but I was born in the morning –just not THIS morning. Any information or corrections would be appreciated. Thanks.

I share your concerns as a retired hospital financial analyst. The old games people play routine. Lies, damned lies, and statistics thing. Yet as another freeper on another thread stated: Occam’s Razor stipulates that you do not test the dead when resources are scarce.

I find that the most accurate way of assessing the situation is to look at small states. Read the local hometown newspapers, which give detailed information regarding individuals who have died from Covid. Virtually everyone is in their 80s or 90s, and had multiple underlying conditions. By contrast, The media focuses on the 1% of Covid deaths that allegedly involved individuals who had no pre-existing medical conditions. In the small states, many of the dead were individuals in hospice care.
And you posted this messation in newsation because of inflation of self-promation.
I hope that when this hoax dies off that President Trump will conduct an audit of these hospitals to see if they were cooking their books in the number of infected and deaths
Do patients die BECAUSE of covid19 or do they die of other conditions WITH covid19.
If there’s an agenda (and there is), I can with near 100% certainty tell you how things are coded.
There will undoubtedly be funds squandered, pilfered and mis-applied.
I put that in my basket of things I cannot control, so it’s not worth my time worrying about

Yep. When my late husband and also my 100 year old Mom-in-Law were in the hospital and I was there to sign forms, I could almost see “the wheels turning” in the physician’s head as he checked boxes and made decisions about needed tests and duration-of-stay in ICU in order to satisfy Medicare-claims rules.
I am not a panic or hysteria type. I think the reaction to this is way overblown. That said it is not a hoax there are plenty of sick and dying right now. Most people do just fine with this. The ones that do no do not. Just like H1N1 west nile or any of her epidemic I have been in
How about keeping the death toll and infection rate up so they can continue to instill fear in the public and prolong the shutdown and the killing of our economy!

A friend who had 2 organ transplants was just diagnosed with Covid but was told we do not want you in the hospital.
