Oh, I know. Most are. That’s why the one person charging just for a pattern really stood out to me. (Why would you charge in times like these?)
I inherited my best friend’s quilting stash when she passed in 2018. I still have bins, boxes, and shelves full of fabric, and that’s after donating more than half of it last year. She was a supremely generous person, so I think this will be a good use of some of that. Much of it is batik, which isn’t my thing, but I’m glad I held on to it, as it should be good for masks.
That’s pretty ridiculous. Those with quilting/sewing skills and machines have the upper hand here. Glad to hear you’re one of ‘em. :^)
