At the linked article to the right in the image about the daily news cycle, I think they've used a blurred pic taken overhead and behind POTUS to make it appear his gesture to the audience (brief sweep of arms outward) is in fact a hapless arms bent upward, palms upward motion (e.g., "wut could I dooooooo?"). Hey maybe WaPos primary image on the page is meant to compare him to the virus diagrams we've seen or just meant to imply he's the source of the problem. This hysteria the MSM causes during a national emergency is obviously wrong in so many ways, but I think it ALSO suppresses the immune system with constant barrage of psychological stress.
