Nov 7, 2010 - Abstract. After about 10 years of trying, 3M might finally obtain an ethical drug company. Last week, 3M agreed in principle to purchase Riker Laboratories from Dart Industries, Inc. The price is set at 1.5 million shares of 3M common stock valued at $156 million.
