Are we looking at the same pic? This one is a training manequin. Note the elbow joint with sheet sticking through it, the hole in its neck, the black painted on "hair", and the wrong hospital name, RUSH, on the nurse's shirt. Channel 4 claimed it was Brookdale Hospital Brooklyn, but Nonna2016 tweets was probably photographed at RUSH University in Chicago and spliced in.

Haha. Also the gathered up rubber in the neck where the head can be pushed up or down to clear the airway.

I've trained on a million of those for CPR and first aid.

Did somebody really try to pass that off as a Kung Flu patient?
