A home video server is something I should get around to.
I really like it. It does amazing things. I use it for movies and music, but it can do far more. I like the “Synology” brand. All this stuff can be a huge time suck is the main problem. Plus periodic upgrades and security patches. It’s been rock solid reliable for several years which is amazing.
