So just doing a quick glance at the GA chart...practically all of the people were over 60 years of age, and very many had underlying conditions.

I would imagine that might be the case in every state in the Union.

I think these figures should be calculated daily by every state and then a total of all the U.S. given, showing those percentages of age/underlying deaths. That information alone might ease the panic and hysteria if more people were given the real facts.

Please—stop focusing on the ages of people who die from the disease:

—Anyone can get very very sick from this disease even if they don’t die from it. That means they are totally miserable for several weeks while clogging up the health care system.
—One reason so many very elderly people die is that when health care systems get overwhelmed they do triage, and stop trying to save old people’s lives. So, by getting very sick and going to the hospital you may be actively killing another human being.

Maybe you should “glance” at the chart again, the unknown should be read as “no”, because if there was an underlying cause, we would know it. You are welcome to make a spreadsheet if you want.

Also, do you know that 60% of Americans have at least 1 chronic condition? Do you know nearly 39% are obese? If just a fraction of those people were hospitalized, it would crash our healthcare.

Am I saying, panic? Of course not, but I am saying there is very good reason for what President Trump and many governors are doing to flatten the curve.

What makes me hysterical is the amount of people who don’t know much trying to convince themselves and others that they have nothing to worry about.

Stop.
