Never in all my decades of studying and observing American politics (political science is my undergrad degree area) have I seen a president who is so transparent and willing to step into the fray and call out baloney and then take the fight to unprecedented heights all the while speaking truth. This letter is like nothing I’ve ever seen or even thought of. I’m floored. But very happy.
