We aren't going to autopsy every single person that dies; we don't do that normally, so why do it for the Wuhan virus?

Underlying issues may have contributed, but none of them caused the person to go to the hospital, now. It was the virus that drove them there, and that's what'll most likely be issued as the cause of death.
