Look at Georgia dept of health CoVid page. They count all deaths as CoVid even if there are known underlying conditions. Thats not the proper way to determine was of death
Not in Georgia. If you die and had tested positive they call you a CoVid death even if you had underlying conditions
Thats not how you determine cause of death
It’s like I said in some other thread.
I’ve had Diabetes and heart disease for 10 years. Totally manageable, no problem. Well except for that second heart attack, but that was my fault for being a cheapskate.
I’m in pretty good shape for someone with that medical history.
If I go to the hospital with CCP-19, asymptomatic or not, and I die, it wasn’t the Diabetes or heart disease that killed me.
It was dah CCP-19.
Maybe. Maybe not. Thats why cause of death is supposed to be determined by autopsy
Guess were gonna need a lot more coroners then.
So sorry to hear of your loss. May God bless you and yours in these difficult times.
"I am 71 years old, with asthma and insulin resistance (pre diabetic). I have lived with asthma for most of my life. I know when I have breathing difficulty and how to treat it. My insulin resistance started about 5 years ago. I control it through diet (Keto low carb). I take my blood glucose readings at least 4 times per day.
I exercise regularly, 3-4 times per week.
Given my conditions, I still consider myself to be in good shape physically. One of my hobbies is wildlife photography. I am planning a trip to Canada in November for polar bear photos.
Given my personal situation, I am definitely high risk WRT COVID-19. If I were to get the virus, I would have a mortality rate in excess of 25%. If I also have an asthma attack at the same time, then I would probably die.
Given the situation above, it is my strong belief that COVID-19 would be the cause or a contributing factor. In either case, it should be included in the COVID-19 deaths."
Absolutely agreed!
I may have some significant co-morbidities, but I have done my absolute best to stay alive and manage them, and it’s worked very well.
I really hope that you are able to make that trip north for polar bear photos. It’s things like this that make life in this world the gift that it is.
Either inflated numbers or not the fact remains it’s bad out there with how this virus is behaving across the country.
Yeah, it’s nasty. No doubt about that. It’s just such a pain in the keester that we have to work so hard to avoid being propagandized.
Rather I listen to the Pres. Daily briefings because I want to know what he's thinking. I listen to overseas news reports to hear what's the status over there. Then I listen to select videos of those who have backgrounds in diseases and or science of them.
The rest just fills the air for the most part.
I’ve heard that about 2.5 million die every year - around 7K each and every day...seeing how this year’s death toll fits into the regular numbers may be an indications - this bug probably won’t be a blip in that picture.
I didnt say we would. I just said laying the cause of death without an autopsy is in fact a false data point
When the CDC wanted to banish tobacco all of a sudden deaths were attributed to smoking to prove how bad smoking was
Im just saying statistics are notoriously a rigged game
The Covid virus causes the heart failure. It attacks not just the lungs but all major organs and also the brain.
Nicely played
