One thing that may save them is a cure, if HCQ, or other treatments prove to lower deaths. Barring that, the number of those dying from the Coronavirus in Sweden is/will double every three days (current rate). The question becomes, how high will the rate go once their hospitals become inundated with sick and dying patients - that's when the UK changed their mind about going for herd immunity.
Another issue, the number of dead is baked in, even after two weeks from the day the quarantine begins - so again, hopefully new treatments will lower the legality of the virus and save them from their own foolishness. Some, especially the elderly will no doubt self-quarantine.

I would suggest you slightly under estimated the incubation time maybe? If the world health leaders are say the peak is around April 15 you're graph should be pulled back a little and I do NOT expect death rates to go that high. Not with the death rates today.
