You must be aware that there are about 20 cruise ships with no Americans aboard sailing around the Florida Straights looking for a Port. Shameful.
It was not my intention to lay out a comprehensive plan to handle the circling cruise ships, only to suggest that there are humane and practical alternatives to leaving them and their passengers to the mercy of the sea. I would reconsider my suggestions of course if any of those circling ships were carrying Al Queda or Quods Force members on their spring cruise. If so, Guantanamo and its waterboards beckon.
