The Republican Party of Virginia (RPV) Convention was to be held on May 1st and 2nd at the Richmond Convention Center. It was postponed to a later undetermined date. The Republican Senate primary is June 9th. June 9th is also the last date to nominate candidates (think Congressional) for the November 2020 election. Several Congressional Districts are in play. By closing everything down until June 10th, Governor Blackface has shut down the Republican Senate primary and sabotaged the Republican Congressional District Conventions.
The RPV Convention must be held before July 9th. The Republican Congressional District Conventions and Senate primary must decide the Republican nominee by 11:59 pm on June 9th. This EO makes it extremely hard to impossible to do so.
