The elections have not been cancelled as of yet, nor have restrictions been put in place that would limit voting to mail-in only.

Until those restrictions are made, local election officials are required by law to hold public elections.

And as of now, they are still planning on doing so. Don’t underestimate how difficult a task that may be. No one wants to volunteer to work at polling stations.
