Human traffickers are called coyotes. This is a definite message from Adm Flynn that the Patriots are fighting them. I checked duckduck.go and coyotes are known to lose to the Eagle. :)
I know about coyotes, the human ones. X22 report had the Flynn deal on and apparently what you said is exactly right. The Eagle is going after coyotes, and the rest of the SOBs involved in that ‘trade’.
