My store started limiting entrance to single file, one at a time to get a cart and enter, keeping 6 ft. apart, etc. No problem - never really wanted to be close to Walmart People ;-) It worked fine and the store was pretty much stocked, even TP although only a small amount on the shelves. I suspect they’re holding it in the back so people don’t go nuts.

Did Atkinson change the rules to allow hearsay as evidence?
Was that "by the book"?

The Walmart we use has been limiting paper products, and that has to be why they've had them the last 2 times we were there. A decent supply on Wednesday. The new policy asks for the 6 foot distance which is fine with me. Got too close to one guy on Wednesday and he reeked of cigarettes! 🙄 Another guy was hacking a cough coming into the store! He was a hundred feet from us. He obviously doesn't get what is going on. Everyone was thinking "dude, get out" but we still have manners and no one said anything to the clueless dolt.

Starting Saturday, we will limit the number of customers who can be in a store at once.
Stores will now allow no more than five customers for each 1,000 square feet at a given time, roughly 20 percent of a store’s capacity.
Note: Walmart Now Has Six Types of Stores.
The original big-box Walmart store is now called a Discount Store, the average size is 105,000 square feet.
a Supercenter average size is 179,000 square feet up to 260,000 square feet
Neighborhood Markets average size is 40,000
Walmart Express stores average 15,000
Sam's Clubs average about 134,000 square feet
Plus the gas station\convient stores
Besides trying to do the math, it seems there's more danger in the waiting line and\or the reuse of the shopping cart...
I wonder how Walmart will keep people away from each other? Do lights flash an bells rings if 6 people are in 1000 sq. feet ?
Do the Walmart workers count in the 5 per 1000 sq
Probably better to work it like restaurant check-in.
Check-in, wait in your car and get an alert on your cell phone.
How the heck did we win WWII in less than 1350 days...
