No - there will be many countries that did minimal to no lockdown. We will see what their end result is. This will confirm lockdown wasn’t needed.
Keep your eyes on Mexico and Brazil. They are not mitigating at all. Their infection and death stats will tell an interesting story if the data can be verified.
