First Amendment doesn’t guarantee the right to party like it’s 1999. “...peaceably assemble to petition the government for a redress of grievances” is not about birthday parties during an epidemic.
What you posted is incorrect.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Re-read that entire Amendment. Notice there is a comma after “assemble” followed by “and”. Do you comprehend what that means?
