There is a drive-in church in Tucson that has been going for many years. Last I heard (about 10 years ago) it was still in business with about 10-15 people.

I looked it up. Looks like
Park Avenue Christian Church was about to go out of business 9 years ago and having their last service. This photo is from 1966.
