Yes of course. It’s so easy to move. Away from parents, children, family...we wonder why this country has taken a sharp left turn.
I don’t know nor do I care how you grew up but in my world, family means everything. We don’t put our kids in daycare and sure as hell don’t put our parents/elderly in nursing homes.
We take care of our own and don’t rely on the government to do that.
Not everyone can just move. We don’t abandon our family or our family values.
Maybe you do? and like you said, you live out there and don’t have to deal with this stuff.
