Do non-USA countries have more problems with diseases and are therefore more alert and responsive do dealing with them? Complacency may be a problem with locally eradicating them as US does.

This was all made ILLEGAL in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
No mandatory testing.
No Quarantine.
No Travel Restrictions.
No denied entry.

And folks still having un-protected group “encounters” or insane folks intentionally infecting other people.

Lots the same. Lots different.

With Politics, Life matters not.
Raw Power is what counts.
The modern Demon Rat party is Anti-life at every turn and craves POWER at all costs.

testing at home will under track the total number of tests, number of those without symptoms, number never infected etc.
