I suggest reading the rest of my post and no, I am not clueless. However, your ad hominem attack against me by saying I am somehow “clueless”, shows your lack of understanding between the weighing of individual rights versus group rights. While individual rights are not absolute, neither are group rights.
As I noted in my previous post and due to technological advances, people who are fearful of getting a socially transmitted contagion, can wear a protective suit or avoid the public altogether, if they choose. It is not absolute that the individual MUST give up their 1st and 14th amendment rights just because there is a risk to others. Thus, in my previous post, I recommended the Jacobson decision be reviewed in light of these absolute “shelter at home” orders declared by state governments.
But you just keep calling people clueless when a cogent argument is put forth, if that makes you feel superior. By doing so, you show your own ignorance.
JoMa
Guess what, you are still clueless or stupid.
LOL... very humorous that I have a lack of understanding between individual rights versus group rights.
NOBODY has a individual right to purposely expose people to diseases. Nobody....
As for your canard point about wearing protective gear, I have an expectation (right) of safety to live my life without fear of catching your deadly disease.
It's simple...follow the rules...
I've lived long enough on this planet to spot nonsense....
