I think that Dr. Ferguson of Imperial University has dialed back his forecasts by a factor of 20 to 25 times. In other words he is backing away from his original forecasts like a crab moving away from a predator. He is admitting that his original forecasts were more than 20 times too high, while attempting to make it look as if he didn’t screw up.
