Are you strongly suspecting you had the virus or were you test confirmed?
Fecal contamination from poor hygiene ( and lousy toiletry conditions, eg China), is definitely a route of transmission secondary to respiratory droplets.
It is less a problem here in the states except where hygiene and sanitation may be an issue, I.e. urban centers with homeless populations and senior care facilities (few people know the conditions; they frequently smell like stool, urine and bleach, staffed by minimum wage workers to assist a handful to f overworked nurses).
I know. I will self-retire before being placed in such a facility in the future and have an open order to friends/family to put me out of my misery if I cannot communicate, feed myself and wipe my own ass.
But that’s just for me. I do not judge.
