The first thing that needs to happen is very very simple.
CDC needs to reverse itself and declare masks are good and patriotic and necessary.
Then they need to step up and say that there is a mask shortage and we need your help, America.
Then they need to put home mask making instructions on their web page.
Then they need to drop a hard copy of all of this in the mail to every home (just like the last mailer that went out a few days ago...)
Then the President needs and everyone of the platform needs to wear some sort of mask whenever they appear in public, and refuse to allow the press to ask questions or in the WH without a mask on....
This is _not_ that difficult.
Since it is so quiet this morning, I have been reading my favorite wacko conspiracy web site (that shall not be named..).
Half of the posts claim this is a total fraud, and there is no there there.
The other half accuse China of cooking this horrible virus up to destroy the world and take over as the new boss.
They appear to be unable to see the contradiction between the two views!
Here here. A just government would have choose that path.

The CDC would rather have us all die first than do a 180 degree policy change on PPE.
This will have to come from Pres. Trump., over ruling the WHO & CDC advise, just like the US-to-China travel ban did.
Ah, there’s an idea! Masks with an image of the US flag on them!
