Leader of the Brexit Party Nigel Farage says “China is acting as the charitable godfather, dishing out money, medical equipment and trying to use this crisis to gain global power”.

THIS ^ is why events of this type show who the leaders are and are not.

Poloncarz is not a leader. His comments are just going to cause people to become more frantic to find places to shop. There's probably hundreds of grocery stores in Erie County - from big chain stores to Mom n Pop stores. And Poloncarz says COVID-19 is in every supermarket? He's feeding the panic.

And this is the first time I have seen a recommendation to take temperatures 2x/day even if you are home and practicing social distancing. Again, stoking fear and anxiety. He's just not a leader. COVID-19 is serious. Several political leaders are just not up to the task to inspire, reassure and lead.
