According to this Project Veritas undercover video, starting last Friday "New York Department of Health" (not sure if Dr is referring to city or state) said no more Covid-19 tests for anyone unless they are admitted to hospital.

So, all of those positive tests we have been seeing for the last week are hospital admissions?

About three days ago at the press conference Birx ,and Pence, ordered testing to prioritize cases in the hospital.
Could have to do with that info.

There are long lines outside of Elmhurst (hospital in Queens) waiting to be tested--and presumably some of those folks are not going to be admitted.

It may be some officials want the testing to stop, but it is still happening on the ground.

In Westchester, of course, there is drive in testing in New Rochelle as six other sites around the state.
