A trained street propagandist would use a similar set of tactics:

1. Disrupt/interrupt the current dialog, placing themselves into the middle of the conversation.
2. Use the resulting dialog with THEM to spew as much of their agenda as possible with the goal of stirring the sh!t.

The latter. At some point the distinction becomes irrelevant and he should be banned. That point is when he starts calling names, and he's almost there.
