My allergist said that honey actually does help with some seasonal allergies.

He said it’s not as good as allergy shots, but it can be very effective for people for whom the shots don’t work, or like mr. mm, was so allergic, that he was never able to get to a high enough dose to be effective.

But when he started eating local wildflower honey, we saw a huge turnaround.

Honey has traces of the pollen in it that will allow the body to adjust. Just don’t give it to babies.
