I do remember and I hope we’re not seeing that from New York down here to Florida. We’ll see.
I don’t see an actual strategy here in Florida- I think our governor is being pushed hard by competing interests. One thing I know is that it’s taking a week or longer to get test results.

PS, my sons coworker is waiting for a test from Monday. So my son is in limbo too.
You can see when it is getting “real” but test results are not catching up when the death to total cases ratio is high.
So, for the US as a whole the current rate is about 1.5%.
A nursing home disaster could make the numbers misleading in smaller states.
So far, the Florida numbers are in the range.
That will be the state to watch in the next week or two.
That would be nice, but realistically......
If I were you, I'd be making sure I have EVERYTHING I need for a couple months, before the mad panic begins again.
