My understanding in Galveston is that public facilities are shut down at the beach. But you can still go to the beach. You just need to find a place to use the bathroom and get changed. I have a house on the beach so not a problem for me. I don’t know the status of hotels.
Corpus beaches are open for exercise only. No camping and only during daylight hrs. No gatherings.
