OK, that makes more sense. As long as the docs can also use it themselves if they’re infected, that doesn’t seem to be as much of a problem as it’s made out to be. I still think they should be able to use it as prophylaxis, however, maybe under strict guidelines to prevent hoarding, since they’re on the front lines.
That might be a good idea, although especially with that, it is useful to have studies run, which won’t happen if everybody who could be exposed is taking it.
