People have no place to go for recreation, socialization and entertainment. They are stuck at home and don’t want to be there. Frustration has limited means for release. The local targets are abused.
Oh please - these people have no imagination, no drive and no desire to improve themselves or others. How sad that they can’t ‘be entertained’.
Abusers don’t follow laws about beating up others so they shouldn’t care about stay at home laws.
Sentence them to community service janitorial work at the ER with no PPEs.
