They really should send these cruise liners to the countries they are flagged under. Not surprisingly very few if not none are all foreign flagged to escape US taxes, even the Disney cruises fly under the Bahamian flag. There's only one big sea cruise ship registered in the USA - ms Pride of America, and the sole reason for that is she sails in Hawaii exclusively, the whole year-round.
