The Diamond Princess cruise ship... basically another floating petri dish of old people...had about a 20% infection rate and seven deaths (all elderly) out of 3,700 passengers. 3,700 people about .01% of the US population, about one 10,000th. 7 deaths times about 10,000 is about 70,000.
