You published 40 years ago. Hmmm. There were no agonists then and Pallidotomy let alone modern DBS had not been adopted.

What treatments were you proposing in your work at the time?

I'll fire it off to the one neurosurgeon on our team for review. If they are good enough we'll put them in our review papers.
