I sip through about a half liter of diet tonic every day. No gin. In the olden days when we’d go out on the town it was vodka-tonic. I love tonic straight.

“You need some soap to dissolve grease.

Good ol hot soap and water. Always believed in that.

But it is best to have a soap that breaks down fat, emulsifies grease, which - aside from waterless hand cleaner - Dawn dish-soap is the best at among common items.

For years I have been making our own hands sanitizes, using water, alcohol and Dawn. Pour about half a foaming pump container (1.89 on Ebay ) with water, then about half that with alcohol (70% or 90%), and then fill the rest with Dawn (antibacterial if you want ), leaving about 1'' from the top, then screw the pump on and shake. Thank God for such money-saving means.
