Actually, I was referring to the latest batch of flu bros which includes faculty members of leading universities and other scientists.

Yes, I have read some of those reports/studies and they do make some good points. However, for me personally, I figure it's better be safe than sorry-- plan for the worst, hope for the best.

There's a story on the main page: Muslim Priorities in a Dangerous Pandemic: Faith in Allah versus precautions against infection.

I read it and laughed out loud. Didn't see any comments on it. The muslim fanatic sounds just like the limbaugh or fundamentalist fanatic by just replacing a few words in the title and story. For instance:

5. Had I previously seen sheikh Saajid Lipham’s Thoughts on Coronavirus (COVID-19) video of a couple of days ago, I would have asked myself what my priorities are: this life or the next life? Who knows how I would’ve answered that question? The point is that had I still been a Muslim, the distinct possibility exists that I would’ve prioritised the “next life” of this one, and refused the test.

5. Had I previously seen snake handling pastor Billy Bob's Thoughts on Coronavirus (COVID-19) video of a couple of days ago, I would have asked myself what my priorities are: this life or the next life? Who knows how I would’ve answered that question? The point is that had I still been a Bible believer, the distinct possibility exists that I would’ve prioritised the “next life” of this one, and refused the test.

There’s a distinct pattern to be discerned in the “scholars’” advice to Muslims on how to respond to the COVID-19 crisis. At the start of the crisis, they were all gung-ho with how special Muslims are and how they are right in there with Allah who, on the one hand, can do whatever he likes to whomever he likes, and at the same time, whether he does to Muslims is all good anyway, so whatever measures these deluded infidels are telling Muslims to take, it makes no difference anyway. The “I hear and I obey,” mindset of Muslims let to some catastrophic behaviour, such as going out and licking shrines that others have touched and kissed. It is an extreme example, but it is one done by many and admired by many more.

There’s a distinct pattern to be discerned in the “talk show radio host's” advice to Dittoheads on how to respond to the COVID-19 crisis. At the start of the crisis, they were all gung-ho with how special conservatives are and how they are right in there with God who, on the one hand, can do whatever he likes to whomever he likes, and at the same time, whether he does to the Bible-fearing is all good anyway, so whatever measures these deluded liberals are telling the Bible-fearing to take, it makes no difference anyway. The “I hear and I obey,” mindset of Dittoheads led to some catastrophic behaviour, such as going out and going on cruises and keeping beaches open for Spring Break. It is an extreme example, but it is one done by many and admired by many more.

It's like playing the Mad Libs word game.

Just to be clear—I have yet to hear any “good points” from the Flu Bros “A team”.

They have fancier degrees, but their data is cooked and their arguments are super dumb imho.

Religious devotion is spreading destruction throughout the Middle East. Shiites make pilgrimages to shrines in various countries including kissing and licking icons or their containers/screens, etc. Saw TV today where cleaners are trying to wipe down glass over relics.

My son is being sent to Afghanistan soon so you might find interesting these links I am sending him. Why don’t they quarantine them here before sending them there??

In further news Liberty University was opening again (I suppose after spring break) but Virginia gov. is ordering it closed again. Also, any word on whether the governor of Mississippi is still letting the beaches to stay open?
