I was told the report on the SC DHEC site does not show all of the positive tested cases. SC DHEC only reports test done via the State not the commercial testing.
I am hearing reports the hospital are busy already in Greenville.
In Texas, they’re playing hot potato between the person’s county of residence vs. the county where tested vs. the county where treated.
